The most important parts
This short list does not replace the full terms below, but these are the parts we most want you to read.
- Not medical advice. Apex Macro gives general nutrition and fitness information. It is not a doctor, a dietitian or a medical device. Talk to your doctor before big changes to how you eat or exercise. In an emergency, call 911.
- The trainers are AI. Cibus, Vanessa, Blaze and Titan are AI characters, not real people. They can be wrong, and no person checks each answer before you see it. Check anything important.
- Numbers are estimates. Calories, macros, calories burned, reps, heart rate and sleep figures are estimates, not exact measurements.
- Prices can be wrong. PriceVouch shows prices from stores, flyers, receipts and people. They can be out of date. The store's own price and policies are what count, so check at the store.
- Age. You must be 16 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms too.
- Pro renews by itself until you cancel it. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a paid subscription.
- Your consumer rights stay. British Columbia law applies, but nothing here takes away rights that the consumer protection law where you live gives you and that cannot be given up.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Apex Macro (a macro, nutrition and fitness tracker with the AI coach Cibus and the AI trainers Vanessa, Blaze and Titan) and PriceVouch (a grocery price comparison and shopping list app) are provided by SSG Drilling Technology Ltd., a British Columbia, Canada company, incorporation number BC1613232 (“we”, “us” or “our”). “You” means the person using the apps.
These terms of use (the “terms”) are an agreement between you and us. They cover:
- the Apex Macro and PriceVouch apps on Android and iPhone, including test versions;
- the shared Apex Macro account that signs you in to both apps;
- Apex Macro Pro;
- the web pages and online services that the apps use (together, the “service”).
Our privacy policy explains what data the apps use and why. It is part of how the service works, so please read it too.
2. Agreeing to these terms, and changes
You agree to these terms when you tick the box or tap to agree in either app, when you create an account, or when you use the service. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.
Each version of these terms has a version number and date (this one is 2026-10-22). We keep a record of which version your account agreed to and when.
We may update these terms, for example when we add features, when the law changes or to make things clearer.
- Material changes - changes that reduce your rights or add real new obligations - will be shown in the app and, if you have an account, sent by email at least 30 days before they apply, unless a faster change is needed for legal, safety or security reasons. The app will ask you to agree to the new version. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account, and you can cancel Pro as described in section 13.
- Small changes (fixing wording, contact details, or changes that do not reduce your rights) take effect when we post the new version.
Changes do not apply to a dispute that started before the change.
3. Who can use the apps
- You must be at least 16 years old. Apex Macro is a diet and fitness tool for adults: calorie targets, weigh-ins, fasting plans and hard training can harm younger people who are still growing. The apps are not directed at children.
- If you are 16 or older but under the age of majority where you live (for example 19 in British Columbia and 18 in Alberta), you may use the apps only if your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these terms for you, and you should use the diet and fasting features only with a doctor's or parent's guidance. A parent or guardian who agrees for a young person is responsible for that person's use, including any purchase.
- You must be able to make a binding agreement, and the law where you live must not stop you from using the service.
- The apps are for your own personal, non-commercial use. A coach, gym or business that wants to use them for clients should contact us first.
4. Your account
- One account for both apps. The same email and password sign you in to Apex Macro and PriceVouch. Anything you do with the account in one app (changing the password, deleting the account) applies to both.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date, because we use it to send codes and important notices.
- One person per account. Do not share your account or sign in as someone else. Pro is for the person who holds the account.
- Keep your password safe. Use a password you do not use anywhere else. We strongly suggest turning on two-step sign-in (an authenticator app) where it is offered. Changing your password signs out your other phones.
- Tell us straight away at the contact address below if you think someone else has used your account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, unless it happened because of our own failure to keep the service secure.
- Some features work without an account (as a guest). These terms still apply when you use them.
5. Health and fitness: important safety information
5.1 Not medical advice, not a medical device
Apex Macro, its AI trainers, its plans and its content give general information about food, nutrition, exercise and sleep for healthy adults. They are not medical, dietetic, psychological or other professional advice, and they do not replace a doctor, registered dietitian, physiotherapist or other qualified professional who knows your health.
Apex Macro is not a medical device. It is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it has not been reviewed or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other health regulator. Do not use it to decide on medication, insulin doses or medical treatment.
5.2 Talk to a doctor first
Talk to your doctor before you start a new diet, calorie target, fasting plan or exercise program, and especially if any of these apply to you:
- you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breastfeeding;
- you have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disease, a thyroid condition, or any other ongoing medical condition;
- you take medication (for example insulin, blood-sugar or blood-pressure medicine, or blood thinners) that can be affected by food, fasting or exercise;
- you have had, or think you may have, an eating disorder;
- you are under 18, an older adult, or recovering from an injury, illness or surgery;
- you have food allergies or intolerances.
5.3 Stop and get help
Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel chest pain or pressure, faintness or dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, an irregular or racing heartbeat, sharp or unusual pain, or anything else that worries you.
- In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number). Do not wait for the app or its AI.
- For non-emergency health advice from a nurse, call 811 (HealthLink BC in British Columbia, Health Link in Alberta; most other provinces have a similar line) or contact your doctor.
- If you are thinking about suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 (Canada and the United States) any time.
If you mention an emergency or a crisis to the AI, the app may show you emergency information instead of an answer. The app cannot call for help for you.
5.4 Eating disorders
Counting calories, fasting, frequent weigh-ins and strict food rules can be harmful for some people. If tracking makes you anxious, or you are worried about how you eat, please stop using those features and talk to your doctor. In Canada, the National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC) helpline is 1-866-633-4220 (nedic.ca); outside Canada, look for a similar service where you live.
5.5 Diets, fasting and calorie targets
Calorie and macro targets, fasting windows, and diet styles such as keto, carnivore, low carb, high protein or vegan are general starting points worked out from the details you give. They are not right for everyone and do not take your full medical history into account. Very low-calorie eating and long fasts are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding people, people under 18, people with diabetes, or anyone with a history of eating disorders. Adjust or stop any plan that does not suit you.
5.6 Workouts and outdoor activity
Exercise carries a risk of injury. Warm up, use good form, choose weights and distances you can handle safely, check your equipment, and stop if something hurts. When you train outdoors, watch for traffic, weather and terrain, and never use the app while driving or riding in a way that takes your attention off the road. Weather forecasts used to plan workouts can be wrong. You decide what exercise you do and how hard you push.
5.7 Ingredient flags and natural-health views
Ingredient flags and food ratings explain what regulators, health researchers and some natural-health practitioners say about an ingredient. Flags marked as a whole-food or natural-health view are a point of view, not settled science. A food without an allergy flag is not proof that it is safe for you: always read the package label if you have an allergy.
6. The AI trainers: Cibus, Vanessa, Blaze and Titan
- They are AI. Cibus (the coach), Vanessa, Blaze and Titan (the trainers), the sleep coach and the meal and workout plan makers are computer programs that write answers automatically. The trainers are fictional characters; their pictures and videos are made with AI and do not show real people. They are not licensed trainers, dietitians, doctors or other professionals.
- They can be wrong. AI answers can be incorrect, incomplete or out of date, can misunderstand you, and can sound confident when they are wrong. Some plans may be a simpler standard plan when the AI is busy.
- No person checks each answer before you see it.
- Check anything important - especially anything about your health, an allergy, medication or money - with a reliable source or a qualified professional before you act on it.
- Do not enter other people's private information (their health details, photos or contact details) without their permission, and do not type in sensitive information you do not need to share.
- You may use the answers and plans you get for your own personal purposes.
- Do not try to make the AI produce harmful, illegal or abusive content, or get around its safety rules (see section 12).
7. Camera, rep counting, watches and Health Connect
- Camera rep counting and form tips are estimates. Light, camera angle, clothing, speed and other people in view affect them; the app can miss or double-count reps or misjudge your form. Do not rely on it for your safety, and place your phone where it cannot fall or get in the way.
- Meal, label and ingredient photos are read by AI. Portion sizes from a meal photo are estimates; a label or ingredient list can be misread. Review the result before you save it.
- Watches, Health Connect and other apps. Steps, calories burned, heart rate, sleep, workouts, routes and weight that come from Health Connect, Apple Health (where offered), Garmin, Samsung Health, a heart-rate strap or other devices are only as accurate as those devices and apps. We do not control them, and syncing can be delayed or fail.
- Calories burned are estimated from your body details, your activity and your weight trend. They can be off, sometimes by a lot.
- GPS distance, pace and routes depend on your phone's signal and can be inaccurate.
- You are in control. You choose which permissions to give (camera, Health Connect or Apple Health, location, Bluetooth) and you can turn them off at any time in your phone's settings. Some features stop working without them. How each kind of data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
8. Food and nutrition information
Apex Macro's food information comes from public food tables (USDA FoodData Central, the UK Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset and ANSES-CIQUAL), from Open Food Facts (a database written by volunteers), from package labels, from recipes found on the web, and from what you type in.
- All nutrition numbers are estimates. Real food varies by brand, ripeness, recipe, cooking and portion; databases contain mistakes; and products change their recipes.
- Barcode results, scanned labels and photo estimates may be wrong or out of date. When it matters - for example an allergy, a medical diet or diabetes - check the package label.
- Food ratings, “whole food” and processing scores, healthier swaps and grocery suggestions are our opinion and general guidance, not facts about a particular product.
- Recipes and articles found on the web belong to their owners. We show short details and a link; we do not check every recipe for allergens or food safety.
- Grocery amounts are rounded and may not match the package sizes in your store.
9. PriceVouch prices, flyers and shopping lists
- Where prices come from. Prices, sale dates, availability and flyer offers in PriceVouch come from store flyers, third-party flyer services, receipts you scan, and prices that you or other people enter. We do not set store prices, and we are not connected with or endorsed by any store or flyer service unless we clearly say so.
- They can be wrong. Prices may be out of date, for a different city or branch, for members only, limited in quantity, sold out, or simply entered or read wrongly. Receipt reading can misread lines - review it before you save.
- “Best store” is not a promise. PriceVouch compares only the eligible prices it has. It does not guarantee the lowest price anywhere, and its totals leave out tax, deposits, travel costs and stock.
- The store decides. The price at the checkout is the price you pay. Each store's own rules decide whether it will price-match, accept a flyer or honour a sale; PriceVouch cannot make a store do so. Bring whatever proof the store asks for.
- Check before you buy. Check the price, size, brand and dates on the shelf or in the store's own flyer. Make sure the products you compare are really the same (size, brand, grade).
- We are not part of your purchase. We do not sell groceries, take payments for groceries or deliver anything. Anything you buy is between you and the store.
10. Send to PriceVouch and data between the apps
When you tap Send to PriceVouch in Apex Macro, the food names and amounts on your grocery list are kept with your account so PriceVouch can show them when you sign in with the same email. Whole foods are sent unless you turn on packaged or processed foods. No prices, photos or health data go with the list. The list waits in your account until PriceVouch opens it or for up to 30 days, whichever comes first. PriceVouch shows you the list before it replaces your basket, and you can cancel. Check the list before you shop: items without an amount may be left off, and amounts are rounded.
Each app keeps its own sign-in. Signing out of one app does not sign you out of the other; changing your password or deleting your account affects both.
11. Your content
“Your content” means what you put into the apps: food logs, weigh-ins, body details, photos you scan, questions to the AI, plans you save, shopping lists, prices, receipts, notes and messages.
- You keep ownership of your content.
- Permission you give us. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, send and display your content only as needed to run the service for you (for example to answer your questions, build your plans and send your list to PriceVouch), to keep the service safe and working, and to meet our legal obligations, always as described in the privacy policy. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that sit in backups for a short time until they are overwritten.
- We do not sell your content and do not use your health data for advertising.
- If a feature lets you share prices with other users, you also allow us to show the shared price, store and date to other PriceVouch users, without your name unless we tell you otherwise.
- You confirm you have the right to share your content (for example, photos you took) and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.
12. Acceptable use
Please use the service fairly. You must not:
- break the law, or use the service to harm, harass, threaten or deceive anyone;
- copy, scrape, crawl or collect data from the service (including food, price, plan or AI data) by automated means, or build a competing database or product from it;
- copy, change, sell, rent or redistribute the apps, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer them, except where the law expressly allows it despite this term;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, overload it, test or probe its security, get around its limits, or access it except through the apps and pages we provide;
- access another person's account, or create accounts with false details or by automated means;
- misuse the AI: try to make it produce harmful, illegal, sexual or abusive content, get around its safety rules, or use it to create content that misleads people about health;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, contains malware, or includes other people's private information without permission;
- enter fake prices or reviews, or misuse PriceVouch to mislead stores or other users;
- resell or share Pro, or use the service for a commercial purpose without our written permission.
13. Apex Macro Pro, free limits and payments
13.1 Free use and limits
Many features are free. Some AI features (such as photo scans, coach questions, workout, meal and sleep plans) have a daily free limit shown in the app. We may change free features and limits; we will not take away a feature you have already paid for during the period you paid for, except as set out in section 21.
13.2 Price and payment
Apex Macro Pro is a paid subscription. The price, currency, billing period and what Pro includes are shown to you before you buy. Prices may not include sales taxes, which are added where required. Pro may be bought on our website (payments handled by Stripe) or, where offered, inside the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
13.3 Automatic renewal
Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and you are charged for the next period, until you cancel. Where the law where you live requires it, we will remind you before a yearly renewal.
13.4 How to cancel
- Bought on our website (Stripe): write to us at the contact address below, or use any cancel option we provide in your account. Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid and then stops.
- Bought through the Apple App Store: on your iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles the billing, and we cannot cancel it for you.
- Bought through Google Play: in the Play Store app, go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Google handles the billing, and we cannot cancel it for you.
- Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it as above.
13.5 Refunds
For purchases through Apple or Google, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules; please ask them. For purchases on our website, payments are not refunded for a part-used period, except where the law requires a refund, where we end the service as described in section 18 or 21, or where we decide to make one. Any right to cancel and get money back that the consumer protection law where you live gives you still applies.
13.6 Price changes
We may change the price of Pro. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and it will apply only from your next renewal. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before then. Where the app store or the law requires your consent to a price increase, we will ask for it.
13.7 Trials and offers
Any free trial or special offer has the terms shown when you accept it. Unless you cancel before a trial ends, the paid subscription starts at the end of the trial.
14. Other companies' services
The service uses or links to services run by other companies, for example: Apple and Google (app stores, sign-in to the stores and in-app payments), Android Health Connect and Apple Health, Garmin, Samsung Health and other fitness apps and devices, Stripe (card payments), Mapbox (workout route maps), Environment and Climate Change Canada and the U.S. National Weather Service (weather forecasts), Open Food Facts (barcode product data), web search providers (recipe search), and third-party flyer services (store flyers in PriceVouch).
Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and you must follow them. We are not responsible for their services, their content, their accuracy or their availability, and a link to another site does not mean we endorse it.
15. App Store and Google Play
15.1 If you got an app from the Apple App Store
These terms apply to your use of the iPhone and iPad versions of the apps, and you and we agree to the following:
- Agreement is between you and us, not Apple. These terms are between you and SSG Drilling Technology Ltd. only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the apps and their content. These terms cannot give you usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions in effect on the date you accept them.
- Scope of licence. We give you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the apps on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the apps may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and support. We alone are responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the apps, as set out in these terms or as required by law. Apple has no obligation at all to provide maintenance or support for the apps.
- Warranty. We alone are responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If an app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for that app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation at all with respect to the apps, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses caused by any failure to conform to a warranty will be our sole responsibility.
- Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the apps or your possession and use of them, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that an app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws, including in connection with an app's use of the HealthKit framework. These terms do not limit our liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
- Intellectual property rights. If a third party claims that an app, or your possession and use of it, infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
- Legal compliance. You confirm that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Developer name and address. Questions, complaints or claims about the apps go to: SSG Drilling Technology Ltd., British Columbia, Canada, email [email protected].
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the apps (for example, your mobile data plan).
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and once you accept these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15.2 If you got an app from Google Play
Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google's terms. Google is not responsible for the apps or their support. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's billing and refund policies.
16. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains in full what we collect and why. In short: your food diary and the health data the app reads stay on your phone, except what you choose to send (for example a question to the AI or a photo to scan); your account holds your name, email and password; health data is never sold, never used for advertising and never shared for marketing; and you can delete your account at any time. PriceVouch's shopping lists, prices and receipts stay on your phone unless a feature you use needs to send them.
17. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in either app at any time, without emailing us:
- Apex Macro on Android: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
- Apex Macro on iPhone: Today → Your Apex Macro account → Account settings → Delete my account.
- PriceVouch (Android and iPhone): Sign in with Apex Macro → Delete my Apex Macro account.
Because both apps share one account, deleting it in one app deletes it for both. It removes your account, your sign-ins on every phone, the settings saved with your account, grocery lists waiting for PriceVouch, your daily free-use counts and the record of which version of these terms you agreed to. Data stored only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the app or clear its storage. A paid Pro subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account - cancel it as described in section 13.4. If you cannot open the app, email us from the account's address and we will delete it for you.
18. Suspension and ending these terms
- You can stop using the service at any time, and delete your account as described in section 17.
- We may suspend or close your account, or limit your access, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we must do so by law, or if it is needed to protect you, other users or the service (for example, after a security problem). Where it is reasonable and safe, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we close your account without it being caused by your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of any Pro period you paid us for directly.
- Sections that by their nature should continue after these terms end (for example sections 11, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26) continue.
19. Our intellectual property
The apps, the service, their design, software, text, graphics, the AI characters and their images, and the names and logos Apex Macro, PriceVouch and Cibus belong to us or to those who license them to us, and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the apps for your own non-commercial use under these terms. We keep all rights we do not expressly give you. Some parts of the service use data or software under their own open licences (for example Open Food Facts data under the Open Database License); those licences apply to those parts.
20. Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve the service, without paying you and without any obligation to you. We will not name you publicly without your permission.
21. Changes to the apps and availability
We keep improving the apps, so features may change, be added or be removed. The service, including the AI, may sometimes be slow or unavailable, for example during updates, busy times or outages, and the AI may answer with a simpler standard plan when it is busy. Test (beta) versions may have more bugs than released versions. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.
If we stop offering the service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice (at least 30 days where we can) and refund the unused part of any Pro period you paid us for directly. If we remove a main Pro feature during a period you have paid for, you can ask us for a refund of the unused part of that period.
22. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs or produce any particular result for your health, weight, fitness or grocery bill. We do not give any warranty or condition, express or implied, of merchantability, quality, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, except those that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Some places do not allow some of these exclusions. If you live in one of them, the exclusions apply only as far as the law allows, and you keep the warranties and guarantees that your consumer protection law gives you.
23. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost savings, lost data or lost opportunities, arising from the service or these terms;
- we are not liable for decisions you make based on the AI's answers, estimates or prices, for store prices or store policies, or for other companies' services;
- our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service or these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim, or (b) CA$100.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including, where the law says so, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for intentional or gross fault, and the rights you have under the consumer protection law where you live. If you live in Quebec, nothing in these terms limits our liability for bodily or moral injury, or for material injury caused by our intentional or gross fault.
24. Indemnity
If someone else makes a claim against us because you deliberately or carelessly broke these terms or the law, or because your content infringed their rights, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs we have to pay because of that claim. This does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by us, and it applies only as far as the law where you live allows. It does not apply to consumers where their local consumer law does not permit it.
25. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. If you have a problem, please write to us at the contact address below and give us 30 days to try to sort it out. Most problems can be fixed quickly this way. This does not stop you from going to a court or tribunal if something is urgent.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Your local consumer protection still applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the province, territory, state or country where you live - for example British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, Alberta's Consumer Protection Act, Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, and Quebec's Consumer Protection Act - where those laws cannot be waived by agreement.
- Courts. Disputes may be brought in the courts of British Columbia. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, you may do so there instead.
- Small claims. Either of us may bring a claim in a small claims court or tribunal (in British Columbia, the Civil Resolution Tribunal) if the claim qualifies.
- No forced arbitration and no class-action waiver. These terms do not require arbitration and do not take away any right you have by law to join a class action or to use a public complaint process.
26. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the privacy policy and any terms shown to you when you buy Pro, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service and replace any earlier ones.
- Severability. If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part is changed only as much as needed (or removed), and the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your account or these terms to someone else. We may transfer these terms to a company or person who takes over the service (for example, a company formed to run it), as long as your rights under these terms are not reduced; we will tell you if this happens.
- Events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as internet or power failures, natural disasters, or the failure of another company's service.
- Notices. We may send you notices by email to your account's address or show them in the apps. You can send notices to us at the contact address below.
- Export and sanctions. You must not use the service where doing so would break export control or sanctions laws.
- Electronic agreement. Agreeing in the app or on our website has the same effect as signing on paper.
- Language. These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies where the law allows, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Pour les utilisateurs du Québec : ces conditions sont rédigées en anglais. Vous pouvez nous demander une version française à l'adresse ci-dessous.
